This production line is suitable for the sub-packing of small and medium-caliber three-rotation and four-rotation glass bottles for seasoning sauce, suitable for filling sauces and granular viscous materials. The material contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel, and the whole machine is 304 stainless steel, which meets food hygiene standards. This machine has reasonable design, compact model, vertical structure, saving space and convenient operation. The start part adopts pneumatic components from Germany FESTO and Taiwan AirTack. The filling valve is controlled by a pneumatic valve, the filling accuracy is higher, the filling volume and the filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the filling head adopts anti-drawing and lifting filling devices.
