work process:
a. The dried and sterilized bottles are put into the automatic bottle feeding machine. After the equipment starts to operate, the automatic elevator of the bottle feeding machine starts to operate, and the bottles fall into the automatic bottle unscrambler.
b. When the ultrasonic level device on the bottle sorting machine detects that the bottles are enough, the elevator will automatically stop.
c. When the number of bottles in the unscrambler is reduced, the ultrasonic material leveler sends out a signal to notify the bottle feeder to supply bottles.
d. The bottles from the outlet of the unscrambler are automatically arranged to be consistent, and then the bottles enter the sauce filling machine.
e. The sauce filling machine is equipped with a bottle quantity detection system. When the number of bottles on the bottle feeding track of the filling machine reaches the preset position, the liquid filling machine automatically starts to run to complete the filling and capping.
f. When the number of bottles on the bottle feeding track of the filling machine is less than the preset position, the filling machine will automatically pause and wait for the bottles to be replenished.
