This machine is a special filling equipment for reagent bottles, which can complete automatic bottle sorting, bottle feeding, liquid filling, automatic cap sorting, cap wearing and cap screwing and sealing. The tubes are placed in the bottle unscrambler, arranged in rows by the unscrambler, and then sent to the aliquot plate one by one by the air cylinder. The aliquot plate makes an intermittent motion of 16 equal divisions, and the bottles rotate with the aliquot plate; when passing through the filling station , The filling head is filled twice; when it passes through the capping station, the cap is automatically put on the mouth of the bottle; after passing through the capping station, the capping head drops, and the cap is screwed on the bottle mouth. The bottle that has been filled and sealed is pushed by the cylinder to the labeling conveyor belt, and then sent to the subsequent labeling station. Bottle unscramble and cap unscramble are completed by a vibrator, filling is completed by a double-head peristaltic pump, and the labeling and feeding of bottles are completed by the conveying motor on the labeling machine.
