1. The whole machine is composed of cap sorting parts, cap conveying parts, main machine, bottle conveying track and electrical system.
2. Cap arranging parts: The cap arranging parts of this mechanism adopt a spiral oscillating feeder to arrange bottle caps. When working, under the action of an electromagnet, the cap arranging bucket makes circular reciprocating motion and up and down reciprocating motion, and the height of the cap arranging bucket is adjustable.
3. Cover parts: The machine adopts a fixed slide way and uses its own gravity to convey the cover.
4. Host: The host is composed of a dial mechanism, a capping (capping) mechanism, and a lifting mechanism.
5. Wheel mechanism: The wheel mechanism is driven by a motor through a worm gear, a worm mechanism, and a spiral cam indexing mechanism to complete the gap shift bottle.
